This is such a great place to bring family here! The dishes are so fresh. We took kids here to have dinner, the server named Annie introduced us many food choices for kids, we like the food so much. She also made super tasty sauce and soup for us!

Last night we had the most memorable dinner experience at Haidilao Hot Pot ⭐️A robot brought us our food. And there were performances throughout the meal.I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.Highly recommended

We arrived on a Monday evening and boy was it ever busy.Once you enter the restaurant, you’re asked to enter your info into their waitlist, given a number and politely asked to wait in their waiting area. The waiting area has a complimentary nail service available to you should you wish. There is also a big sign above the waiting area which will show the table being called as well as the size of table (3-4 people, 5-6, and so on).Once you’re number is called/texted, you’re seated and asked which soup base you’d like - you can pick up to 4 if you wished. They give you an iPad where you select the items you wish to order, as well as take your drink order. Once your order is submitted you’re able to go over to their sauce station and create your mixture of choice or sauce suggestions on the wall of that station. Once you return to your seats they’ll make a soup bowl for you to start and then the rest of your order should arrive for you to enjoy.They’re constantly refilling drinks for you as well as topping up your broth to ensure quality.Great service, food was great and will definitely be back!

It was my first time here. I always see this place promoted on social media and wondered if it is as good as claimed by others.We chose the quarter pot:Laksa soup - highly recommended this, I can’t take spicy, but this I would risk for itSpicy soup with milk - it was spicy for me; my partner who can eat spicy finds it numbing onlyPork bone soup base - my partner and I really like this. I drink few bowls of this soupWater: we made a sukiyaki soup using the sauces at the self-serve barand 1 water, so that we can create our own soup.We were given tomato soup to eat with on the side, and it was very flavourful. I might pick that soup next time.Our server was Annie and she was very attentive, even though she was helping out multiple tables at the same time. Kudos to her!Please do keep in mind that there’s a $4/person for the self serve bar that has sauces, fruits, desserts.I would definitely come back!

I can't stop raving about this place.The service here is outstanding. We had a server named Claudia, and she is amazing. For example, when I had a dirty plate, she would replace it without me having to even ask.She refilled water right after drinking and removed plates as soon as they were empty. She offered a box for takeout, which I didn't even know existed for a hot pot. She was very friendly and explained how the ordering service worked, where the washrooms were, and where the sauce station was.She even took a great photo of my family.There was a random dancing person for entertainment, birthday party dancing with a large sign, dancing noodle men.This place is outstanding and I would recommend it to anybody. 10 / 10

2023 AprSo I revisit this place and my experience was better this time.Service is top notch. They do everything in their power to provide a welcoming and comfortable dinning experience.Food is fresh and high quality. We discovered a few new items that we haven’t tried before. Sea cucumber wall is pretty interesting and nice texture.They also suggested us to try the quarter soup base for more variety and lower price.____________________________________2022 NovNot sure why people rave about this place.My personal experience is mediocre at best.Pretty overpriced and the decor is so basicMay be it caters to more Chinese (mainland) pallets. I preference is simple but good quality meat. Here, there’s a lot of varieties but I don’t eat 80% of the menu items and the 20% that I do eat, I find the quality is not premium but charging a premium price.The soup base is just ok to me.The amenities such as the mouth wash and napkins in the ladies washroom is somewhat a nice touch. But I won’t be going back for these add-ons.

4.3/5Great experience with quality food and attentive staff. The restaurant is spacious and clean. The service is superb where you’ll never find your water glass empty or have to waive down your server.We went as a group of 6 and ate very well until we were quite full. With two soup choices and a variety of meat, seafood and vegetables as well as the sauce bar option ($4 per person), two jugs of juice, and ice cream at the end, it worked out to be around $50 + tip per person which seemed quite reasonable given how much we ate.It’s a very family friendly environment with a dance performance midway though the evening which was quite interesting. I would definitely return when in the area!

The best service in Toronto. The price is a little bit high but Food is very good and just same as you are back in China. Kids have toys and ice cream. Very impressive and will definitely come back with family and friends
